After a sometimes hectic 25 years of historical performances, beginning with the 2009 / 2010 school year, David has decided to reduce his regular repertoire of historical characters - in order than he might have more time with his young family, as well as time to pursue other interests.

During the school year, only the characters listed on this site will be available for booking. The WWI soldier performances will continue, but be portrayed exclusively by Peter Hurley, and if you are interested in booking this character, you should contact Peter directly.

We hope that those who have booked characters like "Champlain" and "Sir John A." in the past will understand David's decision. David earnestly thanks all those people who have booked him, or his one of his associates, throughout the years -- and we very much look forward to your continued support!

In addition, Mackenzie Gallanger is currently not available for performances, as he is in Europe pursing his musical interests. We wish Mac all the success he deserves for his hard work!

David can still be seen performing at, or participating in, many of the historical re-enactments held each year throughout the Great Lakes area (for more info, click on the "Calendar" link above).
